Biothane is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating, that has a look and feel like leather but is waterproof. It is very strong, durable, and pliable! This material is very low maintenance and holds up in all weather, making it the most versatile material in outdoor and moist settings.
Boithane collars and leashes are wonderful for anyone who owns a dog or a multitude of dogs, as it is easy to clean and disinfect. It does not get smelly like traditional nylon collars, and it does not mold like leather does in moist environments.
